NOLA forum Response to Mentally Ill Guy shot by SWAT. Whose to Blame?

I was recently on NOLA.com reading the forum on a Mentally Ill guy that was shot to death by SWAT because two FEMA workers showed up on site to reclaim a FEMA trailer. The postings on there were so unbelievable that I had to post my opinion on the matter as well. For some odd reason, everyone with an exception of a few tried blaming NOPD and FEMA for the incident.
