Hey this is Perpetual Love and I am writing this letter to all my friends and potential friends. I am trying to raise funds so that I can provide monetary donations to the children's in my neighborhood for making good grades, but thats not all, I also want to provide monetary donations to the chidren's that don't pass, but don't run off yet, there will be one requirement that they must meet in order for them to receive their funds.
