First and foremost, I want to thank God for all that he has given me and continues to give me on a daily basis. With the strength he provides, I know I will always be able to survive the everyday trials brought before me.

Now, a little about me as a person.

I currently hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northern Kentucky University and Elementary and Special Education. I also have a Master of Education in Educational Counseling from Texas Christian University and I am working on my doctorate in Higher Education Administration at Oklahoma State University.
I am originally from Kentucky and after two years of teaching high school special education, I decided to venture off and conquer a few more goals. I moved to Fort Worth, Texas and attended Texas Christian University. I finished up at TCU with my Master's of Education in Counseling during the summer of 2006. I had a great time at TCU and in Texas. I met a lot of wonderful people, learned alot, and grew as a person. However, new goals have now been implemented into my life and I have sinced moved on to Oklahoma. I am now working for Oklahoma State University where I am the coordinator of a retention program for fisrt year students as well as a Senior Academic Advisor. I love my job and I learn a little more each day. Oklahoma is a little different than Texas and Kentucky but hey, I try to make the best with what I have been given. My current plans are to earn my doctorate in Higher Education and move up through the ranks of the collegiate field, preferably at an HBCU or possibly venture out into the non-profit sector of careers and possibly become Director of a Boy's and Girl's Club of America or something similar. Time will tell me what plan God has for me.
While I am enjoyed my time in Texas, and I am now in Oklahoma, I do not feel that this will be the place where I reside long term. Both are great places but it`s not home and being away from one`s family is tough but the time away has made me appreciate the little things even more than I did before. One thing I struggle with the most is not being able to be there for my nieces and nephews while they grow into young men and women.
To all of the beautiful women out there, let me say that I realize more and more each day that without the great women in this world, there would not be any great men. Much respect to any and all women handlin` their business and responsibilities. With every passing day, I respect women more and more and when the right one comes this way, she will know that she truly is a queen. Like I said before, I`m not currently looking for a relationship but I`m always looking for new people to get to know. If you are interested in knowing more about me or if you are interesting in knowing what it is like to truly be treated like you deserve than hit me up and let me know what you`re thinking.
