 I appreciate the fact that I have caught your attention somehow and you have taken the time to check out my page. My name is Atalya and I am a 25 yr old 1/2 Native, 1/4 Spanish, and 1/4 Caucasian student of the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk Jayhawk) This will be my last year at KU (finally) where I will be earning my Bachelors degree. I shouldn't say my last year, because, at the present moment, im not sure if I want to continue my education and attempt my Masters.(not typically indecisive).
I was born and raised in Lawrence, KS. That is until 2001 when I moved to Oklahoma and tried the college life at Oklahoma State University (Go Cowboys).
If I was to describe my personality, I would have to say (please dont get confused) Im outgoing, but also a homebody, Im shy but also love to meet new people, I love to travel but also like to stay in one place, Im very confident, but also can be self-conscience (not insecure)I love to read, watch movies and enjoy,nights out with the girls. Im not really a drinker or partier. I dont smoke or do drugs. I like to try new things, and basically, I love life. You never know where it will take you, and right now, the path Im on is where I believe I should be.
Im a GOD fearing woman ,who knows that without him, I would not be where I am today. I thank GOD everyday for the breath he has given me and for the health and wellness of my friends and family.
What Im looking for: Well, Im looking fora man to catch my attention, to work a little for my affection, to be spontaneous and not afraid to show his true feelings. I want a man who will always be there when I need him(b/c I will for you) I want a man, who dont give into the pressures of life. A man who can be real, who can be faithful, not just loyal. (A loyal man comes home at night, a faithful man doesn't want to leave) Im not really all about the looks of a man. Ive learned that I would rather be happy with "any" man who can put a smile on my face and butterflies in my stomach. I wouldn't consider myself to be a romantic, but lets face it, im a woman and we love those gestures.
Ok, so Im not trying to be rude or anything, but please dont try to add me if you just seen my pix, say hi or something. And Dont I.M me and ask me my name, hmm.. maybe I should have put that at the top. Anyways.. anything else you would like to know, please feel free to ask. So I thought this could go without saying but apparently not. Im not into the whole "one-night stands" and "occassional hook-ups" sorry thats just not me, so please, if thats what your about then by all means, do you, but you dont have to waste yours or my time.
