I am a passionate and compasionate understanding person. We today in these hard times must realize, it's not all the material things that we accumulate , or what position we have in life that makes us who we are. It is what we have in our hearts that determines our true nature. The struggles that we are facing is a wake up call to let us know we must be humble and appreciate what we have and not take for granted the things that we are blessed with. I enjoy life and try to live it the best way I can and treat others the way I want to be treated.
I am a spiritual person and believe that our almighty guides us, we are not perfect but we should set standards for ourselves. Our bodies are our temples and so in accordance I treat my body as such. I do not over eat I try to involve myself in some physical activity and stimulate my mind by reading, listening to good music, cultural events, and just interacting with the world around me. I truly feel God has given me so much in my life my family, health, and my mind those key ingredients are essential for quality in our lives. The rest will follow as long as you have a sincere spirit.
