being a father to my kids first and foremost,playing and teaching chess and computers to anyone that wants to learn,helping out at the veterans hospital,playin the sax,reading,writting,sports,vi deo games,having fun with real friends and family,

My Dreams
To go to Meka,just to see my lil man get old enough to be on his own, start a computer and chess program at the community center where i grew up at since they dont have it and its 2007 something has to be done to get our youth ready for the today's world

brothers we have lost our definition of manhood we have let people, circumstance and history destroy our meaning of what it means to be a man, we don't embrace the concept of manhood anymore this African concept were we provide, we protect, we nurture and we love. We have embrace something else a false definition of manhood or a mistaken definition of being a man. In western Africa the right of passage taught us what it meant to be a man. but brothers all of this is not your fault, we became Negros, we pick up some behaviors that's not in our genetic makeup. on the plantation they taught us to hate how we look, taught us to hate the fullness of our lips and the coarseness of our hair and the darkness of our skin, they prevented us from speaking in our own language they prevented us from worshiping in our own unique African way and brothers they took the paternal instinct away from us, as we was taught to provide,protect,nurt ure and love once we got on the plantation we was prevent from doing it we was reduce at time to the level of an animal, we could not protect,provide,nurt ure or love the wives and children that was ours constantquently we came up with another definition of manhood we decided we would associate sexual conquest with manhood, so that with the more woman we slept with the more of a man that made us, this is misguided, brothers be talking about i slept with this sista or i had this many sista's in the bed with me brothers this don't make you an man it makes you an animal, brothers that is shallow and misguided, lets get back to the African ways where we will fight to the death for our children and our wives, man once we get back to the original definition of manhood we can begin to liberate ourselves from that psychotic condition we now find ourselves in brothers i hope ya feel me now lets become men black male vs black woman. Times was getting thick And I had to do what I had to do. I got out six months ago With strikes against me. Now I'm in a worse situation than before. My children look at me different. My ex-wife disrespects me in front of them. As if nothing has ever changed When I was living at home. Child support. Alimony. Maki ng my way to family court To give my testimony. I've tried to make ends meet But how can I compete When birthed in defeat. Every job was a bust. Every resume, thrown away. Bitching and moaning From her constant complaining. Still, I was maintaining On making things work. The last straw Is when I saw Her and her girlfriend gossiping About my manhood. That's all I've ever owned. If I can't have that in my own home Then I'm nothing less than Another mouth to feed. Separated. Entra pped by the plan of enslavement. If only faith was invested If only love and support was held on longer If only respect became a ritual Then our foundation within our family Would have never been cracked It's so funny how Women find dependancy as a negative word But it's ok for them to be dependant on the govt. Rather than the black man.
