That's how your body/stomach respond when you wake it up with bacon, coffee and heavy breakfast food, compare to waking it up with water, juice and fruits. Wake it up softly before jumping to your fav breakfast meals. i love pancakes as much as the next guy, but it won't be the first thing in my mouth. Your body is your temple, be kind and conscientious to it.

Red eye flights from San Diego, Cali to Boston is no joke. At least they offered me this red little blanket that covers only my chest smh lol Delta smh

Sept 2015, My view of San Diego from the Hilton. first visit, but not the last. what a beautiful and relaxing city. i would consider moving that there.
