   Well, I haven't updated this page in awhile so I figured it was about due time. Besides, I had HTML tags that were unauthorized and I couldn't continue with this new 2.0 stuff anyway...lol Anyway, my name is Lonnie, I'm 27 (as of next month). I'm in the Navy and have been for the past 8yrs (as of June). I'm stationed at the brig (military prison) as a Corrections Specialist (corrections officer). Before here, I was stationed in Norfolk, VA on the USS Mahan DDG 72. Before that, I was stationed in San Diego for 4yrs on two ships which are now decommissioned. the USS Sides FFG 14 and the USS John A. Moore FFG 19. I've had a very fruitful career, if I do say so myself. Definitely love to travel and visit as many foreign places as possible. While I was out in San Diego, I've had the pleasure of going on deployments and visiting such places as Panama (Balboa North X2), Mexico (Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, and Mazatlan, Guatemala (Puerto Quetzal), Ecuador (Manta), Costa Rica (Puerto Caldera & Puntarenas), Jamaica (Montego Bay), Curacao (Willemstad), Australia X4 (Sydney, Perth, Darwin, & Broome), Singapore (Simbawong), India (Cochin), Sri Lanka (Columbo), Indonesia (Bali....2 weeks before the bombing of certain clubs...scary), Thailand (Phuket), Tonga (Somoan Island), and Pago Pago (Am Somoan Island), and British Columbia Canada (Victoria & Esquimalt). Then, I came across the U.S. to be stationed in Norfolk and while I was out there, I was blessed to be able to go to Italy (Gaeta, Naples, Rome, Venice, Trieste, and La Madalena on the island of Sardegna), France (Marseille, Theosulmer, Cannes, Brest, Cherbourg...near Paris), Soudha Bay (Krete...a Greek Island), England (London & Portsmouth), Spain (Cartegena & Rota), Portugal (Lisbon), Romania (Constanta), Bulgaria (Varna), Ukraine (Sovestapol), and I do believe that concludes my travels for now. On my own I have gone to Negril, Jamaica with an ex of mine but that's it. I would love to travel more on my own but I really need to get a passport. It used to be where I could just use my Military I.D. and that was sufficient but not any longer. Anyway, I guess I could tell you a lil about myself. I'm about 5'10", mixed with black, white, and cherokee (but who isn't these days...everyone claims it...lol). I'm originally from Detroit but moved to Church Hill, TN when I was like 14 and I joined the Navy from there. The rest is history. I'm very laid back and I get along with just about everyone. I like to surround myself with positive people, though because if I can't gain anything like knowledge or experience from you, you're wasting my time and yours. A lot of people think I'm stuck up but I don't know why. Just because I won't speak with you doesn't mean that I'm stuck up. I'm extremely shy and keep to myself when I'm in a room full of strangers. If you speak to me, then I will speak to you. I think it's rude just to ignore a person. I warm up to people fairly quickly and easily though so it's not always like pulling teeth to get me to talk...lol Anyway, I think I've written quite enough for now.
