Recommend this profile to your Facebook friends. personal messageHi, my name is David Givens. I'm a writer, super father to 5, a great friend and a damn funny guy if I do say so myself. I can be sarcastic at times, but I'm harmless. My first novel, entitled 'Betrayed', was published by TripleCrown Publications in the summer of '08. I'm currently hard at work on my next one as we speak. Wish me luck. Also thanks to those who have supported me and who have left me kind reveiws on Amazon.com and other book websites. Peace to all the book clubs that show me love also. As I mentioned above I am a super father of 5. My children and my Queen are my world and I enjoy making them smile. I'm so blessed to be able to take care of them and more importantly be apart of their lives. I'm a down to earth brother who likes to read, write and enjoy spending time with the fam. I also like going to the movies, bowling and finding nice quiet places to enjoy life and think. friends (259)favorite pages |

The speaker, Mr. Quentin Hart, was entertaining and on point with his assessments of the community as a hole. On a side note my daugther, Yasmeen Muhammad, read her essay on MLK at the event. She was one of the three essay contest 1st grade through 8th grade school winners in the Waterloo School district. She is in second grade at Walter... (continue reading) |
