A FEW OF MY THOUGHTS
ABOUT ME... Treat me the way you would want me to treat you. Remember the old sayings: What goes around comes around...or you reap what you sew? We all should live by this.
You must be single, honest, trustworthy, able to hold your own, make an honest living, not afraid of committment, willing to express true feelings verbally whether positive or negative. I'm not looking for the perfect man. He simply doesn't exist. Nor does the perfect woman. He has to be perfect for me. A smart man knows that men and women think differently. A woman needs to hear certain things from her man from time to time. Something as simple as he cares or even a step further...that he loves her. We also need to be told verbally if you want to end the friendship / relationship. You could avoid alot of confusion and un-necessary drama just by saying what's on your mind. You should then turn and walk away and don't look back. Quit sending mixed signals. Having sex...HELL NAW! If you're done with the relationship, that stops too! You'll find out you'll have to replace less tires and windshields for your vehicle in some cases. I don't roll like that. But, I know some that do and some that it's happened to.
I'm probably coming across as being bitter. In a sense I am. But, I'm being real.
Bottom line: If all you want is a friend or hangout buddy...say that. If all you just want is sex...say that. You probably already know there are some women...that's all they want from you. But, let me make the decision if I want to get involved with you.
You shouldn't just assume anything.
A Good Night's Sleep: Do what you can to obtain peace in your life. Having a good night's sleep is one of the best gifts a person could have. You can't have a good night's sleep with hell in your life. It causes nightmares and doesn't allow you to have the dreams you are supposed to have. It's your right to dream. Dreams are blueprints and visions of success. Starting Today...Rid yourself of things that are causing unrest in your life. Strive for a pure heart. Have peace and get a good night's rest. It's your right. We have enough hell going on when we are awake. You don't need it when you're asleep. 9 WORDS WOMEN USE: (1) Fine: This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up. (2) Five Minutes: If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house. (3) Nothing: This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine. (4) Go Ahead: This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It! (5) Loud Sigh: This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to # 3 for the meaning of nothing. (6) That's Okay: This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake. (7) Thanks: A woman is thanking you, do not question, or Faint. Just say you're welcome. (I want to add in a clause here - This is true, unless she says 'Thanks a lot' - that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say 'you're welcome' ... that will bring on a 'whatever'). (8) Whatever: Is a women's way of saying F*** YOU! (9) Don't worry about it, I got it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to # 3. Message #3:A woman has strength that amaze men. She can handle trouble and carry heavy burdens. She holds happiness, love and opinions. She smiles when she feels like screaming. She sings when she feels like crying, cries when she's happy and laughs when she's afraid. Her love is unconditional! There's only one thing wrong with her: SHE SOMETIMES FORGET WHAT SHE IS WORTH... Message #4: There comes a point in your life when you realize: Who Matters... Who Never Did... Who Won't Anymore... and Who Always Will. So, don't worry about people from your past. There's a reason why they didn't make it to your future. Message #5: People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person.
When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrong doing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.
Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.
