There is a poll going on here at BP which is asking if individuals think we should end Black History Month. I am currently in the process of putting on a presentation at my office, just as I have done over the past few years in honor of BHM. Just because we elected a Black President does not mean that we should just put our history to rest. Next month I will be putting on a Black History Month Presentation at my office, the topic this year is "Reflections of a People." What I am looking for is different peoples prespectives and outlooks of their lives going back in time from the swearing in of our president. Some of us are pre civil rights era and have seen things others only read of, others are post civil rights and are succeeding because of it.
