Step into the past

My Country Tis of Thee . . .

The night of the election, I felt a wave of emotion, relief, and inspiration overcome me. I was inspired to see the world celebrate because this man had been elected President of the United States of America. This election had nothing and everything to do with foreign nations. It was a powerful sight to see the crowd's via television and the internet in major cities like Chicago, New York etc. It was an electrifying night. O k!!! It's Official; Officially O V!!! Praise the Lord!!! Hallelujah!!! This has been such a looong journey for me and I am now a Graduate School Graduate. . .I have a Masters Degree!!!. . .WoW. . .Who wuld've thunk it? I feel VERY, o k TREMENDOUSLY blessed to be where I am, at this point in my life (25, three degrees, etc.) (27, a masters degree, etc.) It really didn't have to turn out this way and I just want to say,

 A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY PERSONAL THOUGHTS......

I recently graduated from the University of Mississippi May 2011 with a masters degree in Social Work (Boy, it's been a long journey!!! PRAISE THE CREATOR!!!)

I graduated from the University of Mississippi May 2009 as a triple major with BA degrees in Psychology and English, and a BSW. 

I'm currently a counselor working toward my Social Work Clinical License to become a clinical therapist.



I've been blessed to travel the world through various means. I've

been to England, Hawaii, California, Indiana, Maryland, New York,

Texas, Washington D.C., Illinois, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Amsterdam and

most recently Ghana, Africa!!!

These places were Amazing! (Each like nothing I've ever experienced before)  

I share this to say that ANYTHING is possible!!! The Creator has been great

to me!!!



Ok, so why am I on BP? In high school I was looking to meet some cool new peeps.  Over the years I have met a lot of fascinating characters.  I hope to share some positive and encouraging thoughts with anyone who wants to take the time to read below.

1. "THINK" (positive thoughts about the positive things in life you want and

how you would use these things to better your life and the lives of others).

       USE YOUR BRAIN! (It is a Very POWERFUL Entity)

       Always strive to be better than you are right now.

       Start from where you are.
       (No matter where that may be; only you can gauge yourself)

Then,

2. "ACT" upon those positive thoughts when you get those things and the

necessary tools to do so.

       It is a two step process: THINK/ACT (positivity).

Once you are blessed with self-efficiency, you can help those around you, who are willing, to reach where you are and beyond. We should always be seeking a greater more abundant life for ourselves and those around us. We are all interconnected. The Creator wants us to be ever increasing because ALL is the CREATOR'S and that means ALL is OURS.

To me, it's kind of like an inheritance. In order to receive an inheritance, you have to meet certain requirements. Whether it be a certain age, upon someone's death, or whatever the stipulations may be, the recipient knows they have a certain kind of property (money, houses, jewelry, etc.) coming to them if they can patiently wait until they meet the requirements to receive it. THINK about that and then ACT when your time comes. . .Catch ya later.
