One thing about this place, if you want someone to know something but you won't be around to tell them, you can most tell a coworker and that person will know! And i doubt mean a "hey I want you to pass this along to them" type convo. I mean "this is just between you & me" convo. Mofos here run they mouth like a faucet, more than I've ever seen. Lol

I can't wait to move out of this town. 😒

So this is my last week at the company I'm at. June makes years & I have decided to go back to my old company. I told a coworker of my decision & she told me I should stay & use the rule book against management, & learn to play the game. I've worked for companies before & worked my way up with just conning to work & working hard. If i have to play games &/or kiss ass to move up, then I need to go. You get these people that are put in manager position & get egos instead of learning leadership & want you to do extra to move up. I'm not down for all that shit.

I will never understand why managers ask for your opinion about things when they call meetings. But then you give your opinion, tell how you feel, come up with a good idea about something & they get all pissy! Why ask what I think & how I feel about how work is going if you are going to get offended? Smh

I hate when people get little Supervisor jobs & all of a sudden start poking their chest out like they're King shit & talking about the power they have but actually don't. That's how you know either if have had management experience or if they deserve a management job & the answer is NO for both. People like that look like chumps & usually don't last long. Stay in your lane!

People be killing me! My neighbor told me she heard I was mean. And some weeks ago someone said it's the way I say things that hurt people feelings. Like, WTF! So, when people do or are involved in stupid shit I'm supposed to tell them that they are involved in stupid shit nicely? The funny part is, I don't curse often & when I tell you something I will be stern & won't use one curse word & you know it's from the heart. No one ever says I'm on BS or I'm playing them or lying. They say I'm mean for what I say. Smh. That's why I said fake people are winning. You can be fake & get caught being a liar & all you have to do is apologize & it's all good. But be honest with a person, all of a sudden you could lose them for life. Sad.

It's sad when they can't find anything to really talk bad about on you, so they make shit up, contradict themselves &/or start unnecessary convos to try to start something. Some people need to grow up, this isn't high school any more.

Have to watch out for these Gourmet Facebook/Blackplanet cooks. They post pictures of food that they cooked that look tasty until you eat it. Just because you list 6 different seasonings doesn't mean your food is good! IJS

It's time to cut if that so called friend when you are hanging with them & they start talking unnecessary shit about someone who is supposed to be their best friend. I mean hell, if they are talking bad about that person imagine what they are saying about you when you aren't around.

I never knew being honest came with conditions. Can't tell me you like that I'm honest with you, then a few months later get mad because I was honest but didn't tell you in a certain way. If you want to feel good about the dumb mistake you made or are about to make then go talk to Dr. Phil. I want to see my folks do well, not enable them when they are about to do stupid shit.
