My brother Ahmed Ra, who might wish to travel from the West to the East in search of primordial Light - i want to know you, especially since you accepted my friend invite to be your friend, and IAM honored to have you as one of my many friends, but the brothers on this site act like it's a disease to communicate with another brother, or they are so weak, that they feel they can not express compassion for another brother and still be looked at as a man - such insecurity and macho weakness is pitiful to me; because IAM secure in my manhood, i do not suffer form such trite insenstivity and recognize my brother as an aspect of my own brotherhood blackness and percieve that without him, i can not survive in this world; regardless, i keep reaching out, like now, in sending to you my newest poem in hopes that it will strengthen you and make a difference in some small way - please find time to go online and order my new book, not just because i need your support in helping me promote it but because i think you are one that has the capacity to really appreciate what it's saying to this sad and hurting world and can help many others find their way to the mesage of Light that's in it - i mean, if we don't support our own, who is going to do it? i have looked at what you are doing in this world with your life - and i belive you are one that wishes to make a difference in this world and i appreciate and celebrate YOU! What poem can write me of how
your energy of presence has blessed me?

What poem can express the un-expressible?

The solitary lines of cosmic dust
that hold the inner fabric together?

the stitch of hitch and loving friendship quilt
that make the stars dance and trees sway
in the blowing wind of supportive thought -

and wishes that wash and kiss us clean again
with renewed faith and strength to continue
on this journey...

the Light that can blind us if not for Grace that
enfolds and sustains us;

the words not spoken in the silence of heart's core,
to find another companion that can taste the unspeakable
of ourselves as a reflection of ourselves -
