I had a friend once named Billy that was such a person and he picked up a lot of fares. Often he got into long conversations with them when he was stuck in a traffic jam and sometimes the topic of peoples sexuality was raised. Billy wasn't shy and often shared that he was homersectual himself. He often got spat upon and sometimes even got threatened at gunpoint to renounce his filthy ways.
