ALONE
Purity once had a name, And beauty once had a face. Life once had a meaning, And once I was safe. Once there was freedom, And once I could laugh. Happiness once was alive, And once I had another half. Once I shared her love, Once I was by her side, Once I felt I fitted, So quickly that died. Her grace so great, Her beauty so vast, All I ever wanted, Was for it to last. Fate maybe had another plan, Or maybe she had another love, But it all fell apart, The hand too big for the glove. Now it`s all died away, Happiness, joy, love; all memories. In the end we can pretend to share our lives but then If we fail we can`t prevail and love is at it`s end. Nevermind what we had love isgone and dead In the night there is no light as if we`ve never met. All the birds inthe sky are numb with silenced tungs. Am I deaf am I dumb or have they stopped their songs? STOLEN HEART Touching my heart with your words like an elusive dream in the dark of night I can see you clearly in this place one never touching the other What isthis strange spell you cast on me captured withinthewalls I built feelings warm my frozen heart opening the door that has long shut Walk softly inthis place you have entered hold a stolen heart very gently in your hands a heart once locked away safe and still until you turned the key You almost make me believe there is love seeking answers to unspoken questions for which there are no words to hear only the truth of what is inside your soul Do you find comfort in this place you entered Can you gently touch the breakable? What is love, but a force To bring the mighty low, With the strength to shame the mountains And halt time s ceaseless flow? What is love, but a triumph, A glorious goal attained, The union of two souls, two hearts A bond the angels have ordained? What is love, but a champion, To cast the tyrant from his throne, And raise the flag of truth and peace, And fear of death o erthrow? What is love, but a beacon, To guide the wayward heart, A blazing light upon the shoals That dash cherished dreams apart? And what is love, but forever, Eternal and sincere, A flame that through wax and wane Will outlive life s brief years? So I ll tell it on the mountaintops, In all places high and low, That love for you is my reason to be, And will never break or bow ******YOU ALREADY KNOW WHO THIS IS TO********************************* Unloving you I`ve learned so many things from the experiences we`ve been through but the hardest lesson, yet, to learn is how to "unlove" you I`ve learned not to fall so hard- not to fall in love so fast because, as quickly as it comes into your life, it can quickly become your past I`ve learned not to trust- so much, to read between the lines because, if I had known what I now know I would have known you were never mine I`ve learned not to be so open not to wear my feelings on my face because, they can be used against you like they were.. in my case I`ve learned to be more honest to express how I feel because, you never knew how I felt because, I kept my feelings sealed I`ve learned not to be so accepting to put someone else before me because, when I did this for you you never fulfilled my needs I`ve learned it is not always best to give out a second chance because when I did this for you you took me for granted I`ve learned not to be so nice not to be so believing because you forsook my love and mistook my kindness for weakness I`ve learned NOT to believe that absence makes the heart grow fonder because when I tried to give you your space it made your heart wander I`ve learned NOT to be so forgiving and to try to make things work because when I did this for you I only got myself hurt I`ve learned so many things from the experiences we`ve been through but the hardest lesson, yet, to learn is how to "unlove" you HOW DO I SAY How do I say what I think about you Words to describe your beauty are too few Kisses from your lips I would forever steal Mere words can not say what I feel How do I say what I feel in my heart I dream of holding you in the dark I dream of loving you in the day I search deeply to find the words to say How do I say what I dream in the night Dreams so real, I feel you holding me tight Close my eyes and drift away in sleep Your sweet kiss I taste in my dream so deep How do I say what I want you to hear My arms would hold you forever near You are truly beautiful, I want you to know I want to embrace you and never let go How do I say the words I cannot find How do I say all the things in my mind How do I say when the words are too few How do I say how much I truly love you If you want to know anything else just hit me up Click Here To Vote On My Looks!
