True Story:Boiling Eggs

(age 12) Sooooo....one morning my mom asked me to go boil some eggs. We had family over and were preparing for a bbq/family reunion. i guess she was going to make deviled eggs or something, ugh! i dont even eat that %#&@$! to begin with. Sooo.... looking at her with this dumbfound face i said how many? she said 15 and i replied ok. so i go into the kitchen, take the eggs out of the fridge, the pot from under the stove and then cut the stove up alll the way to 7, i filled the pot with water to about half way and then placed it on the stove. i took the eggs and one by one began to crack them open into the water. DEED DONE! happy that i had "cooked" something for the first time all by myself i skipped my %#&@$! merrily backed to the living room with everyone else.......................... ...............10 minutes later we smell something burning. my mom hopped up and ran to the kitchen. smoke alarm and everything just going off! i run up behind her this time with a embarrassed face, UH OH!! she started yelling and cursing me out, i mean she took me out so bad everyone was on the floor dying laughing. Not onli had i burned the 15 eggs but i didnt even cook them right in the first place. DEED NOT DONE! mannnnn... that whole da evryone just kept on teasing me; heyyy atleast i know how to boil water! lol
