When will these scammers in  Africa understand no one in the 1st world says hello dear lol

Point of correction we, keep deciving ourselves that scammers are from a particular part of the world. What about those under our nose, that scam us everyday. Yeah! You are right because they are more from Africa The question is who taught them to be scammers. They appeal to the human greed or sympathy. Protect these two within you, nobody can scam you because you will know where the conversation is going.
