Hey BP welcome to my little piece of the world!!! I appreciate you visiting my page and hope that something is said to inspire and cause you to think about the things in your world as I express the goings on in my world.

First of all a little about me. I am Brian, 36 years old divorced father of 2 children. I am a mans mans. I believe in hard work and leading by example. I am a teacher of men ( or men to be) It is my responsibilty to teach my son what it is to be a real man.

A real man is not defined by conquest, but by LOVE!!! God himself gave the perfect example of a real man by sacrificing himself. He told Abraham the lord shall provide himself a lamb. The bible tells the man to love his wife as christ loved the church who gave himself for it. Are you willing to give yourself? The is the attributes of a real MAN!!

Ok enough preaching!!! As you can see I am a believer of the Most High God the creater of heaven and earth and the redeemer of my soul!!!

The simple truth is I am striving everyday to better myself. I am a simple man who loves music. give my some Earth Wind and Fire, Jill Scott, Angie Stone, Marvin Gaye, are ya wit me? GROWN FOLK MUSIC!!!Something to make you fill.

I love photography which I do every chance I get. Candle lit evenings chilling at home with a special lady. I want all that!!!

Any way if you feel the need hit me up. I can be reached at bdhart24@yahoo.com or visit my page on 360 yahoo under BHART24 My 360 page is where you will find what I am really about. I am committed to teaching about the word which I love, Feel free to hit me up with any discussions.

I`m always up for good conversation.

Soulmate
I am the true vine and my father is the husbandman (St John 15:1)

I had a profound conversation with someone very recently on the subject of soulmates. This individual explained to me that we confuse our seasonal people with our life time people. This individual used the analogy of a tree; the leaves in its season will blow away and the branches are sometimes pruned, but its the root of the tree that has firm ground. These are the people we must indentify in our lives.

The Lord immediatley brought to my rememberance how we are to remain in him for he is the true vine. the Lord takes us through a pruning process that we may produce fruit in him (St John 15:2)

In our search for true happiness we are consumed with finding our soulmate, the one who is truly feeling me. (are you feeling me like I'm feeling you?) The one who understands me, loves me when I'm at my hightest high and my lowest low. The one who is truly connected to me, that individual is in my heart, my body, my soul. Those who find their soulmate are truly blessed. Thats not to say the relationship is perfect, but in my mind thats what makes the relationship that much better. 2 finding harmony even in conflict. This relationship will produce fruit as each one defines each other individually and as 2 become 1.

Jesus is searching for his soulmate, and he is preparing his bride ( the union between Christ and the church). The Lord commands us to love him with all our heart, soul, mind, and strenght. (Mark 12:29-30) I encourage you to study St John the 15th chapter.

The Lords desire is that he will commune or dwell with his people. All throught scripture he is telling his love story between he and his people. He walked with Adam in the garden in the cool of the day (Gensis 3:8). He met Moses at the burning bush where he told him to take off his shoes because he was standing on holy ground, the sole of his shoes being a barrier between he and God, the Lord wanted totally commune with him. (Exodus 3:5). Abraham paid tithes to Melchizedek King of Salem who was a theophany of Jesus representing the Lord as a priest continually (Gensis 14:18-20). The Ark of the covenent in the tabernacle representing the presense of God in the midst of the children of Isreal (Exodus 25:8-9). The Lord wrapped himself in flesh; Emanual being interpreted God with us, walked with us on Earth for 33 years (Mathew 1:27). Sent his spirit back to dwell in us, the comforter shall come. (St John 14:26). Now we are the tabernacle not made by hands, the holy ghost dwelling within us (Hebrews 9:11). The Lord desires to dwell with his people, to be connected, our soulmate.

The 15th chapter of St John reminds us of the importance of being connected to the vine. Jesus taught that we cannot bear fruit of itself, we must abide in him and then we will produce fruit. Jesus Taught the benefit of abiding in him, we could ask what we will and it would be done unto us. What a wonderful promise. The Lord desires to give us every good thing in him. He wants to be our soulmate. As the father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love (St John 15:9).

When we walk in Gods order and abide in him our desires are in line with his desires. The scriptures tell us to delight ourselves in the Lord and he will give us the desires of our heart (Psalms 37:4). We confuse this scripture and try to line it up with our desires rather than line up with his desires for our life and walk in it. Is it possible that as we grow in maturity in God that we can truly find our soulmate? I've heard the statement all my life "God is going to send me a husband" or "The Lord sent me this woman". Quite simply this doesn't line up with scripture. The bible teaches us that a man who FINDS a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord (Proverb 18:22).

In relationships we settle rather than seek God's will for our life. Consider this, if the Lord is our soulmate and our desires are his desires will we not choose (find or be found) our soulmate? Being connected to the vine we gain access to ask what we will of the Lord. Will we not ask things that are God's will for our lives? In God's order we are to find our soulmate (Gensis 2:21-24). Stay connected to the vine and the Lord will give you all the desires of your heart. Let me leave you with one more thing. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you (St John 15:2-3).

My Mind Is Made Up

Posted

My Mind Is Made Up Let this mind be in you, which was also in Jesus Christ (Phillipians 2:5) It is in our basic human nature to understand who we are, why we are here, and what truly is the meaning of life. In 2008, our great country spent upwards of 80 million dollars in higher education, all in the pursuits of higher learning. Psychology, the study of the mind, attempts to reconcile human behavior triggered by our 5 senses; sight, sound, feel, smell, and touch. It is here where our emotions... (continue reading)
