Many women say they like intelligent man. They say they want someone they can talk to about more intellectual things. I haven't found those intellectual conversations to continue much beyond a brief courting period. Then the woman turns into regular average woman who wants to watch TV, go to the clubs, and hang out on the internet. Daily-ness takes over and I am back to where I started -- looking for my intellectual stimulation elsewhere.

Well, educated and intelligent are not always a matched set, are they? So I guess I didn't really have an answer for this question.

Over the years, I have been told by women that I was really smart, and on occasion, that I was too intelligent for them, they were afraid they couldn't keep up with me. Well, they were right. I was, and they couldn't.

I notice many women, however, use it as an excuse for not being successful with men. It is so easy to say "oh I'm so smart or intelligent that men are intimidated by me". Many women are so insecure that they will use the intelligence thing to push away the guy and it is necessary to have the "intelligence excuse". They don't seem to realize they are not intimidating, they are unbearable.

 
I don't choose the women I am attracted to by their level of education, but by their intellect and outlook.
