We have three outstanding film shorts that were entered into the Allstate Beyond February Be Reel Contest. Vote on your favorite! Be Reel Contest Background In June 2008, Allstate challenged dedicated filmmakers from across the country to present a :15 to :90 second short film showing "how community helps people achieve success". Three "Be Reel" finalists were chosen and will attend the 2008 American Black Film Festival in Los Angeles August 7-10th where the winner will be announced.
