What's good peoples! This is BIG CED, I used to work at the BlackPlanet Universe and I have been a member for over 10 years! Let's get it poppin'! I'm currently residing in New York where I promote weekly events on Thursdays at Negril Village after work. I also own and operate an industry networking website namedThe Industry Cosign, check it out! As you can see below, I interview artists, write editorials and generally say what's on my mind. Hopefully, I can provide a positive experience based on my writings, postings or just being myself! Let's Get It!!

What do you most identify with calling yourself??

2 truths and a lie

Two of these are true about me. No joke. Which one's the lie? Take a guess...

Let's Stop And Frisk the New York Police Department

The controversial lsquo;programrsquo;, Stop and Frisk is a legal reason for law enforcement to harass, er, stop mostly minorities in the hopes of catching some infraction Firearms, drugs, etc. in the name of preventative measures to stop alleged criminal activities before they happen. Irsquo;m sure this was put in place because before this lsquo;programrsquo; was instituted, it was illegal to do this without just cause and mind you, in New York City, just cause is being Black and any other... Ceditorial: The Extremes Of An Artist's Career

Reprinted with permission from the original writer, me! Taken from the archives of 42420030444242003Isnrsquo;t it funny how artistrsquo;s shift power in the music industry? In the beginning, yoursquo;re just trying to come up, shopping your demo, doing open mics, networking but no one acknowledges your efforts. Yoursquo;re always ignored, frowned upon as a nuisance, and virtually shut down from trying to get your foot in the door. You know yoursquo;re the %#&@$! and donrsquo;t... (continue reading)

Start Firing Elected Officials and Do Your Own Research BEFORE You Vote!

The way government is run nowadays, it's not about the people, constituents or the communities being served. It's all about the elected official and what he thinks or what the lobbyists want. There was a time when politicians actually spoke to the people that helped get them in office in order to understand and know what concerns the community has. But, it's more apparent that it doesn't matter what the voters think and this is troubling. There has been countless opportunities recently for... (continue reading)

It Needs To Be CED: What I've Learned ..

Irsquo;ve learned that once you start dancing for someone, you have to continue dancing.Irsquo;ve learned that weak managers are hired at bigger companies because they are easier to manipulate and will always be quick to kiss %#&@$!.Irsquo;ve learned that when people want to do business with you, itrsquo;s because they feel they can gain leverage with you andor your knowledge.Irsquo;ve learned that sometimes you have to come across as dumb in order to outsmart others.Read More.... It Needs To Be CED: ALL Police Corruption NEEDS to be Exposed!

Once again, corruption in the ranks of the New York Police Department and itrsquo;s not getting the type of publicity it needs to get. In todayrsquo;s news, itrsquo;s reported No, itrsquo;s not front page headline that SergeantWilliam Eiseman, accepted a deal that calls for him to serve weekends in jail for three months. His crime? Firstdegree perjury and official misconduct. He was also training subordinates how to falsify records and commit perjury, yet, he was only sentenced to serve an... (continue reading)

Tips on Dealing with Black People....

I actually wrote this back in November before I 'left' my last job. There seems to be people who think they know what Black people want and those people aren't Black andor don't interact with Blacks, yet, they have the answers to everything. It still amazes me the one track mindset of these 'decisionmakers' who get paid a ridiculous amount of money to mislead others on thinking that they know what Black people do, what we say, what type of music we listen to and they have no clue, yet, they are...
