On June 25, 1969, in Fayetteville, NC... comedian/actor/writer Darryl Moore was born and the world would NEVER be the same!!! . The youngest of three children, he had a “UNIQUEâ ;€ childhood. His parents were SOUTHERN BAPTIST working class people and his father was a retired Army Sergeant so you can imagine what that was like. Darryl never seemed to find his niche in this world until he grabbed a microphone and got onstage. Being onstage is like breathing fresh air for him. When he is onstage, comedy is his refuge. GOD has blessed him to be able to chase his dreams. Darryl’s brand of comedy is an IN YOUR FACE STYLE to say the least. He talks about REAL life!!! Relationships with crazy ladies, the police, politics, racism, or whatever GOD feels like letting him talk about will be in his show. As Darryl puts it, “I am NOT politically correct at all. I tick off EVERYBODY!!! At my age, I have earned the right to say what I want to say as long as it pleases GOD and I don't hurt anybody!!!†Darryl Moore has been doing comedy since 2004. Back in September of that year, while at a fashion show with his fellow members of the Ruff Ryders Motorcycle Club, he encountered Comedian J. Anthony Brown. Darryl was standing around telling jokes with his friends and Mr. Brown overheard him. Mr. Brown asked Darryl if he had ever done comedy and at the time Darryl had not been onstage. His fellow Ruff Ryders had been trying to coax him into getting onstage. Mr. Brown told him that he should give it a try and see what happens. Darryl took his advice and has not looked back. That same month, Darryl performed at Cafe 290 on the Griffy2K Variety Show. His brand of comedy is VERY in your face and as far away for being Politically Correct as you can be without getting locked up. Currently Darryl is touring and acting. The acting got into Darryl so he has branched out into that arena. To date, Darryl has appeared in over 7 film projects, commercials, television shows, and two stage plays. It doesn’t stop with that since Darryl has now began to work behind the camera as well with a recent venture as a Production Assistant on a SAG project titled “SHAKEâ €. Also, he is completing his one man stage play based on his autobiography titled "FEEL MY PAIN" as well as putting the finishing touches on his first DVD titled "THE NAKED TRUTH". FREE admission!!!
