Black President: Obama and TheTruth...

Posted

What did it mean to black people to have a black president?

This is a very important question I believe we all should
ask ourselves As black people for in it carries the dreams
and hopes of Our grandparents, great-grand parents and beyond..

This we have also inherited from... (continue reading)

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously
give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.

A ReturnTo Love - Marianne Williamson

[The above written by Marianne Williamson was brought to greater recognition by Nelson Mandela when he quoted this as part of his speech some time back and many thought that he wrote this himself...]

What you should know about me;
I am a Romantic & a Flirt
but establishing a Friendship is very Important to me....

Something to consider;

Some try to Forge the Sword quickly
Too much in a hurry
for the finished product.
What they get is a blade
that breaks easily.

Others pound away at the hot metal never putting their heart into it.
They don`t believe in
the work they do - its just a job.
The blade they produce never turns out the way they wanted.

Then there are the Ones who love what they do!

They take their time as the work itself is just as exciting as the finished product!

The swords they produce
are NEVER SOLD....

They are Priceless!!!!

[Question: what does the Sword Represent?]

Let`s Talk!!

Peace & Blessings
