Hello Black Planet! I am a single black male from southern CA. I am active, love to laugh and smile, easy going, down to earth, open to diverse views and opinions, enjoy learning and experiening new things, welcome a challenge, im very positive, enjoy being fun, out-going,love a deep conversation,and value communication. I am independent, but also caring. One of my passions is traveling and exploring new and diverse cultures. I have been involved in several community organizationsover the past five years which have included opportunities for community services, leadership development, personal growth, new experiences, meeting quality people mentoring, training, travel, and making a difference in myself, and others in the community. I love meeting new people and i always try to look for positive traits in others. Happiness cannot be bought for any sum of money but happiness can be achieved from the combination of core values, simple pleasures and close relationship with friends and family. Earned reputation for creative ‘big picture’ thinking, reasoned problem solving, and capacity to put good ideas into practice with foresight. Knowledge of contemporary systems in the social services, human resource management, and evidence-based accountability practices. Sound planning, budgeting, fiscal and organizational development/change competencies. Evidence of success in securing public, private and foundation funding. Experience with government agencies, foundations, associationsâ€&rdqu o;local, state, national. Understanding of and passion to serve people at risk in various constituencies. Competences for administering an organization serving families, adults, youth and children. Ability to create effective cohesion in and branding of a multi-program organization along with productive program autonomy/identity. Effective guidance, development and support of employees and volunteers. Strong manager of people and leader of teams; inspires achievement; builds confidence and trust; models and expects high standards of integrity and accountability.
