...last Tuesday I began my mission to raise health and fitness awareness w/in the black community in the rural areas of eastern NC by appearing on my first of many local programs.

These will only be a prelude to the series, Get It In, being produced by myself and a friend I graduated with c/o '95 from NCSSM aka North Carolina School of Science & Mathematics.

I look forward to sharing more of my world w/all of you as the footage is compiled, editted and aired across various areas throughout NC.
