Set inside a fabulous show-biz church in the midst of the famed and scabrous landscape of Times Square, BLACK NATIVITY NOW tells the story of the birth of Christ. This setting provides a colorful world of seekers, hustlers, and lost souls, providing the perfect jump off for an evening of exuberant music and dance that celebrates humanity’s need for hope and grace.

Casting BLACK NATIVITY NOW. Seeking 6 male and 6 female singer/dancers, extremely strong and charismatic performers comfortable with gospel, pop and R&B styles. All performers will be featured and need to be able to carry multiple solos. BLACK NATIVITY NOW is an original gospel pageant with music by Kelvyn Bell, choreography by Tracy Jack and direction by Alfred Preisser.
