personal messageI write today regarding the ââ‚&n ot;Å“solid evidenceââ& sbquo;¬ of the laboratory birth of AIDS. ââ‚&n ot;Å“If there was a federal virus program that preceded HIV/AIDS, shouldnââ&s bquo;¬â„¢ t that program be reviewed? The answer is YES. The program was(is) called The U.S. Special Virus (Cancer) Program (1962 ââ‚&n ot;“ 1978). To date over four million people have downloaded the programââ&s bquo;¬â„¢ s 1971 ââ‚&n ot;Å“research logicââ&sbq uo;¬ flowchart. See, www.boydgraves.com/flowchart/. The 1971 flowchart is ââ‚&n ot;Å“absolute evidenceââ& sbquo;¬ of the design, purpose and intent of this federal program. The FDA can not simply have it both ways. The 1997 government patent on tetrasil speaks for itself. The FDA is merely standing in the way of restoring the health of millions and millions of people, mostly of color. To date, the FDA has never addressed the U.S. Special (Cancer) Virus program (1962 ââ‚&n ot;“ 1978).
