Some people have been asking me why I am losing weight... well I am 5'4" and I weighed 191lbs. That is just too much weight on my body. I still look the same, but my clothes fit much nicer now!

Battle of the bulge!!!

So I have lost 23lbs to date and I am so very pround of myself, but I still have 8 more to go to get to me goal of 160lbs. I need a way to kick up my workouts a notch so that I can burn some more of this fat off and tone up. My belly bulge is really driving me crazy!!! I have a friend who is setting me up on a workout plan. I'll be sure to report on the results...
