Where is My Faith?

A very wise person once told me I expect negative outcomes because I lack faith. What you feed your mind will grow in it. We talked about all of life's disappointments and how we can condition ourselves to expect the worse. The challenge is to grow faith and not fear. I am going to try this plan:

1. Expect positive outcomes. Wake up and say that great things are in store for me today. Avoid being a doubting Thomas.
