Hello BP Family!

Well people yet here lies another year God has given us to reflect back rather good or bad times. I myself can say it has been very interesting with all that has transpired in our fair country. It's been 3 years since I last updated my page. Things have changed here on BP. The site has made some very nice improvements.
As for me, I'm still that sweet, yet very outspoken person, just older and wiser. My son and daughter continue to make me proud of them as the years go by. I say...At this time in my life, I pray for peace on Earth for everyone

I see we're still in Iraq fighting a war we no nothing about. I will continue to pray for the troops in Iraq and abroad. People, there as been so much widespread devastion all over the states. Hurricane Katrina will always stick out in my mind as the worst of 2005. As a Houston native, I was in a state of shock at the loss the storm handed our neighboring state. My prayers continue to go out to all the New Orleanian residents residing in our city. I'm glad I had the chance to visit and enjoy the lovely. lively city of New Orleans before the storm. Now once again tragedy strikes our country. Let's keep all the victims of Virginia Tech in our prayers. What's up people. People are killing like crazy then kill themselves. I can only pray that things will get better for our country. Let's live each day as if it was our last....and try to live right!!!

These are just a few thoughts of mine:
Let's not let people or situations hold us back. If any of you are procrastinating or leading someone astray,
do that person a favor and let them know.

Live today to its fullest, tomorrow is surely not promised.

Treat people the way you expect to be treated and let go of that evil past. Although I always say don't
forget about it. It defines who we are and where we're headed.

Let someone know you truly love them.

I`m a single mother of a son and daughter who are my everything and keep me busy on a daily basis. I`m a Texas "gyrl" with a dash of creole(thanks to my biological father), sweet but very outspoken(meaning you`ll never have to wonder what I`m thinking..I`m quite blunt at times which could be a plus-or not).

It has been a pleasure browsing the planet and having encountered some very interesting, educated and successful individuals(male as well as female). My thanks go out to everyone who left a kind note or a funny guestbook signing(what`s up with the G-Book thing anyway, I dont get it). Here`s a few BP buddies that have entered my life whether by notes or in person... H_town Papi(my hometown brother who knows all the happenings in Houston-just recently passed away-you will be missed Chris), Aztec_King(my latin buddy), SHORTTEXAS2001(for always leaving a kind word or two), BLKSNEAUXMAN(A GEM), Trae35(a cutie), KNIGHTBREED(thanks for always checkin up on me) and last but not least my first cousin/best friend Jazzyladee(who manages to always keep me grounded). If there is anyone I`ve failed to mention sorry, but you`re still in my thoughts. check out my friends list. These brothers and sisters have my utmost respect(..they are all about business)
