My name is Chayo (West Indian descent) and resided originally from Compton (Watts) California, I was raised within the structure of the Filipino culture such as learning the (Tagalog) language and the concept of Kapwa, and is describe as the unity of "self " and "others," a sense of "fellow being". Currently writing a book titled A Multi- Cultural Family Struggles Against Economics, Racism & Social Hardships. My keen interested in politics has embodied a strong commitment and need for change in defining my rights by exercising the 1st amendment and I would like to write my signature on a few (federal law) bills. In 2004, I lost my mother at age 51 and I lost two brothers at age 30 and age 24. I am a man of Action oriented, Assertive, Confident, Determined, decisive, Disciplined, Independent, Logical, Leader, Pragmatic, Productive, Proactive, Responsible, and Task-Dominant. I am a Pescatarian Vegetarian and have been for over 16 years. The word is occasionally used to describe people who abstain from eating all meat and animal flesh with the exception of fish. Although the word is not commonly used, more and more people are adopting this kind of diet usually for health reasons. I have never had a drink or smoked a cigarette or marijuana nor do I have tattoos. I can communicate in 4-5 languages and I have had an opportunity to live in Texas, Wyoming, Kansas, Nebraska, Ohio, Iowa, Mexico City, Missouri, and I have the opportunity to travel throughout North America and I have traveled to Key West, Bahamas (Ancestors Home), Oxford, Morelos Mexico, Oaxaca, Nassau, Freeport, Grand Bahama, Ireland, Wells, London, Stratford, Florence, Dublin, Monte Carlo, Gualajara Mexico, Monaco, Barcelona Spain, Paris, Rome, United Kingdom, England, Acapulco, Cuernavaca, Mexico D.F., Shannon Ireland, France, Italy, England, Venice, Puebla and Munich Germany. This summer I plan to travel to either South (Nairobi Kenya) Africa, Beijing or Imperial China, Poland, Egypt, Japan, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Russia, New Zealand, West Indies or Central (Belize) America. In 2010, I plain to take a trip to Asia, Greece, Central America, or Africa because I enjoy learning about other cultures. I am an Entrepreneur, Motivational Speaker, Student, and Real Estate Investor and CEO, President, and Chairman of BRIGGS & LAY PRO, INC. and doing business worldwide. I have been in the real estate business for the past 11 years. As an American business magnet too for fill my dream and goals, I have observed the teachings of real estate gurus like Hubert Humphrey, Regina Littles, Jhon Beck, Dave Lindahl, Magic Johnson, Carlton Sheets, Dr. Ervin Briggs, Eric Estrada, Robert Kiyosaki, Robert Allen, Donald Trump, Russ Withney, Charrissa Cawley, and Armando Montelongo. I have attended college at the University of Omaha Nebraska and recieved my Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Blue Rivers Community College in 1999. I have my Bachelor's of Science in Business Management and I will complete my Master's of Science in Public Administration in August 2011. I will start my Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration in Nov 2011. The Concept of (betrayed) Trust has detroyed my ambition to Love! Therefore, I Trust No One Man or Woman. Because I have been Used, accused, and abused of a Crime without facts, but the concept of silence fears the one you love.
