My name is Natalie. I am from Queens New York. I went to Morgan State University for two years. I am now a graduate of Adelphi University in Long Island. My degree is in Social Science. I just completed my certification to be a Mentor Program Supervisor and am in the process of turning my mentoring program in to a non profit organization. It is a college preparatory career exploration program called Infinite Possibilities of New York, Inc. I am also a plus size runway model and just became Miss Plus New York for 2005. I will be going to nationals for the Miss Plus America competition June 2005.

I am a full figured woman which i am sure you can tell by my picture. There are a lot of full figured women with low self esteem. They feel because they are packing little extra that they are not attractive. This is absolutely not true.





Attractiveness is something that starts within and shines out for the world to see. If you feel that your ugly that is the energy you are sending out for the world to see. People pick up on this energy. They may make inappropriate comments. But if you feel that you are diva inside people see a diva. A diva attitude is one that demands respect. It shows that you love yourself and that you are confident. Don`t let your image of beauty be distorted because it comes in all shapes, colors and sizes.



And the people that make those little comments you know now are only trying to bring you down. 9 times out of 10 these people have self esteem issues and are using you to boost there ego. I would never allow anyone that satisfaction. Always remember that no one can bring you down unless you allow it.



IT IS ALL ABOUT THE ATTITUDE



Understand that you don`t need someone to constantly pay you compliments to value yourself worth. There are a lot of sista that get caught up in this. They get into relationship after relationship after relationship and wonder what went wrong. Maybe we are so quick to have a man beside us to validate whether we look good or not that we don`t take the time to see what type of person he actually is. My sisters love yourself. When you love yourself then you start to make positive decision for you.



LOVE YOURSELF, LOVE YOURSELF, LOVE YOURSELF
