First I love to say hello to all you beautiful peeps.

Now I will start with a story.


A TALE OF TWO WOLVES

There was this old indian cheif that sat around the fire with his grandkids and told them this tell. He said there was two wolves. One was made of joy, love, happiness, kindness, patience, peace, longsuffering, courage, hope, faith, order and all the good things. The other one was made of hate, rage, discontent, discourage, murder, pain, covetousness, evil and all the bad things. Every day thay would fight day in and day out. Wow said one of the kids which one won, There was a pause then the grandpa said both wolves live inside me and both live inside each of you. Yeah but please grandfather tell us which one won. There was another pause, well he said the one you feed.

BE STILL AND KNOW

Nonviolence does not mean nonaction. Nonviolence means we act with love and compassion. The moment we stop acting, we undermine the principle of nonviolence.


When we look into the heart of a flower, we see clouds, sunshine, minerals, time, the earth, and everything else in the cosmos in it. Without clouds, there could be no rain, and there would be no flower.


LITTLE CHILDREN

There are so many things to study about and learn, that you can learn something new every day. As Jesus said, "Be ye as little children." Open your mind and try to look at the world through the eyes of a child again.


OPPORTUNITY

Look for the opportunity to learn something new every day. Benjamin Franklin once said, A man's mind, once stretched by a new idea, can never return to its previous size".

THERE IS A SAYING I LIKE VERY MUCH:

He who knows not, and knows not that he knows not, is a fool--- shun him!
He who knows not, and knows that he knows not, is a child-------teach him!
He who knows, and knows not that he knows, is asleep-----------wake him!
He who knows, and knows that he knows, is wise-----------------follow him!

DON'T QUIT

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will; When the road you're trudging seem all uphill; When the funds are low and the debts are high; And you want to smile, but you have to sigh; When care is pressing you down a bit - Rest if you must, but don't you quit!!! Success is failure turned inside out - The silver tint of the clouds of doubt; And you never can tell how close you are; It may be near when it seems so far; So, stick to the flight When you're hardest hit, It's when things seem worst that you MUSTN'T QUIT!!!!!

ENDURANCE PRAYER

The KNOWLEDGE and WISDOM of God guides me.
The LIGHT of God surrounds me.
The LOVE of God enfolds me.
The POWER of God protects me.
The PRESENCE of God watches over me.
So, WHEREVER I AM, God is there always.
And because I know these words to be true, I say,
" AND SO IT IS."
( AMEN )

Always Follow Your Heart and Your Dreams

As you go on in this world, keep looking forward to the future... to all you might be. Don't let old mistakes or misfortunes hold youdown: learn from them, forgive yourself- or others- and move on. Do not be botherd or discouraged by adversity. Instead, meet it as a challenge. Be empowered by the courage it takes you to overcome obstacles. Learn things. Learn something new every day.
Be interested in others and what they might teach you. But do not look foryourself in the faces of others. Do not look for who you are in other poeple's approval. As far as who you are and who you will become goes- the answer is always within yourself. Believe in yourself. Follow your heart and your dreams. You- like everyone else- will make mistakes. But as long as you are true to the strength within your own heart... you can never go wrong.
