Lived in Baton Rouge, Orlando, Maryland, Long Island,DC and now Virginia,so I have a little Southern and Caribbean flavor sprinkle with a bit East Coast.
One of things I enjoy is meeting interesting people; there is something to learn from each person regardless of race, gender or country origin. I believe in long-term friendship, because my friends are the people who have helped me when I down and out and need a bump. Like right now I need a bump or two.

That forgiveness is the greatest gift you can give to yourself - it is a process that takes time..... As long as we don?t forgive, whatever it is will occupy rent-free space in our mind....

If you ever want to know about person moral and values, ask them about their childhood, the way they were raise, and their family ties.

People who don?t have good relationship with their siblings and parents- (don?t matter how good their reasons) do not know how to resolve conflict and have a difficult time being intimate with others. --- Intimacy has nothings to do with sex for those of you that do not know that.
When ever you encounter someone or something that %#&@$!s at soul. Well it is a part of yourself you need to embraced
For example were you teased as kid about your big head, long legs, big butt, no butt, bright eyes, short, tall, slim, fat, too dark, not black enough, and you grow feeling inferior about those things, have ever seen someone with your same big head, or nappy hair, and it is like seeing part of you that you hate. So we got to learn to embrace the not so nice things about us.
Black planet is a wonderful place???. people who have an empty page, just a picture or someone else poem on their page, either got a lot to hide or has no creativity or confidence.
