WHO ARE YOU?

Only 3 times in all the Bible is the word 'christian' mentioned -
Once by Peter (1Peter 4:16) who said it as using the term that people were familiar with.
Once by King Agrippa to Paul when he was testifying, and defending himself against false accusations in Acts 26:28.
And we were first called christians in Antioch Acts 11:26,the town from which the Jews stoned Paul and threw him out figuring him to be dead(14:19), a town so run down with sin that the disciples continuously travelled back to Antioch to preach over and over again(Acts).
But not once by God who is Jesus and the head of the church, and whom we say we follow.
Oh, but there is a name that he has given his people; and its in The Word, both old and new testaments;

Isaiah 42:1, 45:4, 65:9,22, Matthew 24:24,31, Mark 13:22,27, Luke 18:7, Romans 8:33, Colossians 3:12, 1 Timothy 5:21, Titus 1:1, 1 Peter 1:2, 2:6, 2 John 1:1,13.

You say you are of a Baptist Faith - There is no Bible for it -Baptist was the job title of John (John the Baptist) who was prophesied to come before Jesus in the spirit of Elias/Elijah.God says; One Lord, one Faith, One Baptism.
You say you are of a Pentecostal Faith - There is no Bible for it - Pentecost was a feast day meaning 50th day. God says; One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism.
You say you are of a Apostolic Faith - There is no Bible for it - We are to stay stead fast in the apostles doctrine(teachings). And if an angel was to come down from heaven and preach any other gospel, let him be accursed. God says; One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism.
YES! We must needs be baptized in the name of JESUS for the remission of our sins, and we must have a pentecostal experience (as on the day of pentecost when the Holy Ghost fell, and they all spake in tongues the wonderful works of God), and again we stay steadfest in the apostles doctrine, but God did not make three different faiths of these things. God says: One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism.

So what are we?

We are elected/chosen by our faith in Jesus. Have not Jesus healed and said thereafter, "Thy Faith hath made thee whole"? Doesn't the scriptures say "without faith it is impossible to please him"Heb 11:6. He didn't say baptist faith nor pentecostal faith nor apostolic faith, nor any other but faith as a grain of a mustard seed..Mat 17:20, Luke 17:6.

Your help is needed, simply print this letter and mail it to the Mayor, Governor, and the President of the United States. (I put the addresses at the end of the letter) I also need you to forward this message by mail, e-mail, fax and every way possible to EVERYONE that you know and have them mail it to the offices and pass it on as well. We must make sure our are voices heard, our presence is felt and our children live....

On the morning, the 25th day of April 2007, the three NYC Police Officials (Michael Oliver, Gescard Isnora and Marc Cooper) responsible for the MURDER of Sean Bell, and multiple gun afflicted injuries of his two friends (Trent Benefield and Joseph Guzman) were acquitted of all charges. It was Murder, premeditated, arranged, organized, and well executed MURDER. 50 shots!!! It doesn't take that much to take down a family of grizzly bears. You have murdered yet another innocent man, but with this man you have also awaken the silent rage of our people.

We need to realize that we are feared by the NYPD, and hated by our own gov't. When pharaoh realized that he could no longer control the children of Israel he reacted the same way, with murder, and tax, and harsh labor that he knew he could get away with as long as the people did not unite. Here, thousands of years later - we stand in the same position. They fear that our growing rate of success is turmoil for their prosperity and the only way that they can control us is with tax - (gas, food, rent, expenses, etc.), labor -growing rate of monopoly status to city run business like MTA, buyout of Harlem businesses, destruction of our mom and pop stores, demolition of housing and landscape for condo's, lockout of non-whites from employment by hiring requirements, etc.. and plain murder.

We have witnessed (since 1997) NYPD brutally LYNCH our people time and time again - and get away with it. Amadou Diallo - 4 cops- 41 shots -1 unarmed Diallo. Abner Louima - 4 cops - a plunger, night sticks, police radios, kicks and punches - sodomy - 1 unarmed Louima. Sean Bell - 3 detectives - 50 shots - 1 unarmed Sean Bell. That's 11 Police officials, 91 bullets and a plunger to murder 2 black men and scar a third for life. Along with countless others who have been able to survive their attacks like Trent Benefield and Joseph Guzman, who were with Sean Bell. If we unite and stand together for any cause, we can not be denied. If it takes 91 bullets for two of us to go down then let a nation of us stand together by the hundreds and thousands and hundreds of thousands. They don't have enough bullets in the entire world to stop us all. We need to Unite against this evil, and torture.

We need to realize that this country fears us, and we need to come out from under their bondage. These three and many others have suffered on behalf our lack of unity. Many people of today regret our slavery times and years, but I think it was the only time we were united. And we used that unity to overcome the vast majority of our problems. But the problem lies now with the fact that many of us believe that since we are no longer in chains - we are free. I tell you nay! But know the truth, and the truth shall set you free. And the truth is - as long as we allow ourselves to be picked apart we will not be free. As long as we allow the NYPD to murder and brutalize us - we will not be free. As long as we allow gov't officials to rule with the sword and not die by the same sword - we shall not be free. As long as we allow ourselves to be separated and not united, mindful of our selves and not our people, free minded and not and not free spirited - we will not be free. We need not only to think free, but to be free!! And in order to be free we need to know freedom. Freedom!!!! The very freedom that we cried for in slavery, suffered for and gained! The very freedom that our gov't claims to have given us in equality! The very freedom that has caused great renowned men to become martyrs! The very freedom that we deny ourselves through lack of unity! The very freedom that was stolen from Sean, Amadou, and Abner! The very freedom that our presidential elects and incumbents claim that we already have! The very freedom that these United States of America is said to be delivering with war in the Middle East! The very freedom, which I assure you, can NOT come with silence! We want change, we demand change. Change that we shall not have to wait for!

What leads you to murder a man and have his killers tried without a jury? We know exactly! Because you knew immediately that you have done wrong and even your own kind would convict you of your murder. You knew that if you had a jury on this case you would lose it no matter who you put on the jury. You, America have put your people above the law. You have snatched the faith of our people, even what little faith we had in your system, you have snatched it away. We can not respect a system that sends a well man to jail for gambling and dog fighting, but yet releases and frees others who have snatched human life. You have said by your judgment that our lives are valued less than that of dogs. And you expect us to agree with your system, and cry for your justice….I say…no ….we say FIRMLY – TO HELL WITH YOUR JUSTICE!

No! We are far beyond the call for justice, for justice only works in favor of those who are covered by your justice system. We, evidently, are not! We want more than the idle promise of justice! We want vengeance! We want murder for murder, stabbing for stabbing and beating for beating.. We want to wreak havoc on every precinct, and government office in the United States with the intent of merely satisfying a rage that has only been quieted and set aside by empty promises for years. The rage of our people cries to be released, the blood of our lost howls from the ground even as the blood of Abel and the prophets! We want an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, blood for blood, and a body for a body. However, though this is what we want, we do realize that this will not result in gain, either for us or them or our futures. We will gladly settle for change, a change that will assure us that this can and will no longer happen, that the murder and brutality of our people will no longer go unpunished. Your justice system needs to be changed, your way of upholding the law needs to be changed. Your way of protecting citizens needs to be changed. Your way of police stings and operations needs to be changed. Your way of training your police and personnel of authority needs to be changed. Changed not tomorrow, but today! Until and unless we unite and claim this change, we will not be free, we will continue to be lynched, slaughtered and plucked out of the pack one by one without law to convict anyone of any wrong doing. Unite now, under the slain blood of the lamb, unite, unite and unite. Then and only then can we overcome. But know this NY, know this United States Of America, know this you police officials, detectives, Mayor, Governor and President – Know that until we have this change there shall not be peace, peace shall not be spoken in our neighborhoods, peace shall not be spoken in our schools, peace shall lie down and sleep with the night and yet not rise with the mornings light. Peace shall rest with our slain. Peace shall only rise with the changes that we demand, with our justice and not yours. We require a change now!!

Our nation of people throughout the years has always been a forgiving nation, a forgiving and a praying people. While the murder of Sean Bell is very tragic and saddens the hearts of our people, it also serves as a reminder to our people that we have fallen far away from God and to him we must return. And with this new murder we will again seek the Lord and pray, not for evil but for good, and again make the Lord God our leader. You will have you president and we will have God. Yet will we still pray and fast that we as a nation may be stronger; these actions of tyranny and hatred should have been long passed by in our history. God will hand you your judgment America, we demand a change!
