Ok some info about me: Im 6'6" tall bald by choice.
I reside in North Carolina. Im originally from New York so Im trying to get used to this country living. Ok Ok country living is not that bad. I still need to get used to it.

Chef Jay Jones Culinary Bio
A graduate of the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York City Chef Jay has been in the culinary industry for over a decade. Chef Jay has been involved with catering events from 2 to 2002.
His range of cooking goes from simple cuisine to fine dining and can entice any palette in between. Not wanting to be known for any one style of cooking Chef Jay uses his passion for cooking and applies it to any dish he prepares. Always looking for new flavor combinations and way to excite the taste buds Chef Jay is always thinking outside the box while still making food enjoyable and easy to understand.

Coming soon the first in a series Cooking with Chef Jay: The Culinary Creations Cookbook. All the recipes and some more that you have not seen yet. With over 100 recipes, cooking tips and recipe ideas you will have this cookbook for years to come. Each recipe is on two facing pages so you dont have to turn pages to follow along. There will be shopping list cards for every recipe so you can take it to the store with you and get the right ingredients. Chef Jays Better Butter will consist of all natural ingredients blended with sweet cream butter. These compound butters will be available in flavors such as banana, strawberry, cinnamon raisin to garlic parsley, 5 herbs, tarragon, basil and many more. Available via the web in May 08 these butters are made to order and shipped out fresh.

Chef Jay also uses food to help and give back to the community volunteering his to for organizations such as: Share Our Strength, Gods Love We Deliver and many more.

Tomatoes in the news Please read!

The Food and Drug Administration is alerting consumers nationwide that a salmonellosis outbreak appears to be linked to consumption of certain types of raw red tomatoes and products containing raw red tomatoes.

The bacteria causing the illnesses are Salmonella serotype Saintpaul, an uncommon type of Salmonella. The specific type and source of tomatoes are under investigation. Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes on this Episode of Culinary Creations

This is a quick and easy dish that has everything you need in one pan. You can use any type of ground meat. One of the keys is not to overwork the meat. You want the meatloaf to be tender and not tough. Also cook your mashed potatoes and then add them to the top of your completed meatloaf.
