Welcome to my lil corner of the planet. Thanks for dropping by, I hope you enjoy your visit. First off, how many of you can guess the reference to my screen name?
Here's a lil bit about me: Contrary to what anyone else says, I hail from the GREATEST borough in NYC, BROOKLYN! The name itself just gives you pause...
I've lived here most of my life but it's definitely not the only place I've been. I got bit by the travel bug hard and I have to visit as many places as I can. The experience of visiting someplace new, learning about the culture, viewing the architecture, tasting the food, and stepping outside of what you know, (or think you know...), is one you can't beat.
My Alma Mater is Living in Atlanta for 4 1/2 years was definitley and experience, but a good one nonetheless.
Some of the places I've visted: Domestic: Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Connecticut, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada Texas, Illinois, Michigan, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Missouri, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Alabama, and Oklahoma. International: Italy, France, Barbados, Acapulco, Jamaica, Canada, Portugal, Japan, and Egypt. I've still got way more travelling to do. I hope whichever woman I marry likes to travel...lol I'm a pretty mellow and low key type of person. I never felt the need to always be the center of attention. My privacy is way too important for that. I'm known for not wanting to be in the house for extended periods of time. I always prefer to be doing something with my time; however, it does not have to be anything extravagant. You won't catch me at a club or lounge every weekend. I prefer playing pool, bowling, or something interactive that I can enjoy the company of friends.
As I've gotten older I've learned that one has to constantly improve. With that knowledge, on March 27th 2004 I became a member of the greatest fraternity in the world.
What can I say...With some things I'm a perfectionist! POW!! I'm a member of Gamma Iota Lambda, the Brooklyn/Long Island Alumni chapter. BROOKLYN STAND UP!! Although I didn't get the opportunity to become a brother while in school, (it definitely would have helped my social life...lol), sometimes things work out for the best. I now fully understand the responsibility I have as a Black man to be a representative of what Black man can and do achieve with the right guidance and support from their family, friends, and various communities.
My current interests: Movies, reading, puzzles, videogames, music, sports, golf, and travelling are some of the things that currently interest me. I like many people am still trying to figure out where my passion lies. I have a growing interest in photography. I plan to get an SLR and start honing my skills so I can start capitalizing on this field. I've been told I have a good eye so I don't want to waste anymore time being hesitant in nurturing this talent. My grandfather was a photographer, so maybe I have a dormant photography gene just waiting to be activated. So if anyone is looking for a photography apprentice, feel free to contact me. I'm willing and looking to gain some experience in this craft.

Learn to surf 8. Get a tattoo (Maybe...) 9. Go on a Spirit Walk 10. Speak fluent Spanish (More to be added...)
