Author Creates Biblical Meditations CDs to Help Christians Ovecome Worry and Strengthen Relationship with God?

Many Christians struggle with worry, anxiety, and fear. Negative thoughts steal their peace of mind and busyness prevents them from spending quality time with God. I have created a series of faith-based and Christ-centered meditation CDs designed specifically for Christians. The CDs are full of uplifting scriptures, positive spiritual messages, visualizations, and instructions on how to meditate and relax, all set to angelic background music and narrated by me. The website features meditation and affirmation CDs on 30 topics including abiding with Christ, releasing the past, controlling negative thoughts, nuturing your vision, love and relationships, healing, marriage, overcoming anger, weight loss, and much more.

My future vision is to open a Christian Wellness Center. The center will provide ongoing health and spiritual growth classes, Praise Moves (Alternative to Yoga), Pilates, Life and Business Coaching, Biblical-Meditation,Bodyworks, and just a city retreat to get rejunevated, encouraged, and relieve stress.
