When you see things your not wanting in your experience don't talk about it, don't write about it, don't join groups that worry about it lol...Do your best to ignore it, remove the attention from the things you do not want.
Give your undivided attention to the things you do want. When you see something your wanting, think about it, talk about it, write about it, write a script about it. Whatever it is your feeling is a perfect reflection of what is in the process of becoming.
Man becomes what he thinks about.
Is the results you have in your life are what you really want? Are they worthy of you?
Everything that is coming into your life, you are attracting into your life. It's attracted to you by the virtual images you hold in your mind, it's what your thinking, whatever goes on in your mind you are attracting to you. Thoughts Become Things. Every thought has a frequency. See yourself living in abudance and you will attract it. Focus on "what is" rather than "what is not".

We are always looking for the perfect relationship. The goal is to find that perfect someone who will make our lives a better place to be. What we don`t realize is that perfection runs two ways.In order to find thatperfect someone,wemust believethat, whatever perfection is, we have already achieved it. No one can give uswhat we don`t already have. If we are unhappy, unfulfilled, not pleased about whom we are, we owe it to ourselves to stop looking. You have to ask yourself: Would I marry me? Am i doing my best, giving my all, being the best I can be to myself? We should take time to do some homework on self-love, self-esteem and confidence. When we can pass the test of self-acceptance, the perfect someone who will compliment all that you already are will come to you....
Sexual intercourse is an act of creation. It represents the Mother/Father force of the creator. Whatever we hold in our heart (mother) and our mind (father) during the sexual act will be created in our lives. If we are in denial about ourselves, who we are or who our mate truly is in our life, then sex will create denial in the relationship. Sex in self-sacrifice will create a doormat. Whoever makes the sacrifice will be walked on. Sex in confusion creates chaos and more confusion about how and why we want sex. Unconscious sex,doing it just to be doing it, creates a violation in the subconscious mind. We can heal and strengthen ourselves during our sexual conscious activity, but we must know what we are doing and why...

thanks, sistah! I enjoy the way you think! let's not forget the small pleasures in life... although we as a pepole shouldn't have to go wit the the addage: "if it feels good..." or "everybody else is doing it..." as we mature, have to adjust to changes... and everyday is a learning experience... I know I am far from perfect but I still love myself anyhow! lol! btw... beautiful pics! take care...
