Who's Suave The Artist? Who said that a change in the up and incoming artist stream wouldn't change? Just when you might of thought this a young fresh spirit came about, Fred Coleman. A 20 year songwriter from Washington D.C, who's dream is just to express his very unique, crafty, intriguing delivery on every track he has completed. Someone at his age makes him even more noticeable because he has a stylish way of expressing himself with terminology and with life-influencing concepts.... Fred Says.."If I Can Influence Just One Person During My Lifetime Then I Consider Myself a Complete And Successful Person". Meaning all it takes is just one person to change a life. Growing up in the streets of D.C was not easy for this young talent. He has embraced a variety of influences, with Nas, Jay-z, Black Moon, Ras Kas being at the top of his list! At the tender age of 9 he found out he had a gift unusual from his peers, the use of his voice! At this tender age while sitting in the car with his father on the way to a daycare center he began reciting a song from Rakim, which then opened a door to a new world him! As he became older and more consciously aware of his surroundings, he began writing poetry at age 11. Through a talented childhood friend by the name of Tionne brook, he was introduced to the recording realm at the the age of 13. Although life struck him when he was adopted, he still found a way to remain focused on goals he knew he would eventually flourish. Performing at venues such colleges, open mics, community centers, malls and public schools, he has gained the confidence needed to strive as musician i a world full of them. Fred Says that' "I'm My Own Person, I have one imagination, and One pen and pad and a mind that in going to continue processing..Their are no limits for me".
