UPDATE: IT"S 2010 and I'm back on the GRIND once again been on the silent hustle for a few weeks but it is time to show and prove what these ppl been waiting to see. A lot has happened between the end of last year and the beginning of this one and I'm loving every moment, new life, love and money. UpDated 10/23/2009: Its hard to live in a world with so much pain and suffering eveyday but I still push on looking for the break in the clouds just to open up and let the sunshine come in finally....Well just in the past 2 months I have lost 2 friends to violence and prison and now I just lost a special family member to me my cousin Sheldrick aka "CED" to diabetes which he has been battling since his birth but finally lost the battle and God has called him home. It hurts to lose him but it's happy to know he can finally rest.....He was my family, friend, producer, and mentor......I'm gonna miss you man but I won't let the dream die your music will live on through me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Updated 6/1/2009: Well Looks like we're at the halfway point once again the summer is here the sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and all that good jazz...lol...but the struggle continues for a lot of us to better ourselves in the way that we feel is best for us and our families but there must be change don't just listen to Obama and not follow the trend he has set before all of us and it's time for CHANGE!!! We still have a problem with change and a lot will not admit to it but those that have the question of why nothing has happened positive for you this year and the only answer I have is that you didn't change....You can't sit here and watch the world change around you and think that you are not supposed to change with it?!...Like anything that doesn't change will be left behind and become as they say in the technical world OBSOLETE!!! I just don't mean change the way you look or act but even friends and environment...So for those who believe that change is not needed...DON"T, but you'll understand why your life is the same....If you're struggling now you will continue if you don't UPGRADE Respect, Honor, Loyalty...Real Men Make Real Moves (that goes for my Queens too...lol!)

I was raised most of my earlier young years of development days with my grandmother and my older brother in Cleveland, Mississippi. I had been back and forth for a while till my 12th birthday when I was finally able to stay in one spot, and that ended up being TEXAS. Most would say that i had it lucky to get out of the country with my folks and my brother and newly born sister. I found myself in a new world where things were faster and you had to think quicker. I was picked on most of the time and ended up in a lot of fights causing me to bounce from one school to another and even ending up joining up with the Crips that were in the neighborhood where I was growing up. Fast forward through the pain of violence, drug trafficing, guns, and the most hurtful of all to witness some of my best friends being taken away from me by the Cracker system or by our own brothers in the streets. Then out of nowhere came this talent that I never even paid close attention to growing up was my ear for sounds and melodies. My mama over heard me in my room one day and told me i got something special in my heart that couldn't be explained. I ignored her for a minute till she gave me this electronic keyboard piano and asked me to try it. Never taking any lessons I trained myself to hear different sounds and rythems as I played. I wrote my first song when I lost my boy Jason in 1994 who was killed in a drunken car accident with someother people I knew after a football game. I called it "WHY MUST WE DIE". My mom tried to develop my voice over the next 4 years through choirs, voice coaches, and talent agents, but deep inside I was yearning for the comfort of the streets and the life that I was already involved in with the rest of my locs. My lyrics got harsher as I grew and experienced more and more of the hurt, pain, and sadness that covered this city. I wrote more poetry about how I dealt with this and the drugs and killings, robberies, and hurting my family with my constant trill for wrong. I got busted a couple of times by now and almost got killed twice by getting stabbed and shot, my heart seemed to turn cold and emotionless. Writing poetry kept my sanity for the most just being able to vent my frustrations. I had always listened to hip-hop in my years of life but never considered it till I started writing raps instead of love ballets and remorse songs of death. I listened to UGK, GHETTO BOYS, STREET MILITARY, PSK-13, DJ Screw, 8 Ball & MJG, Tela, BOSS, 2PAC, B.I.G. and Junior Mafia, Snoop and the whole DEATH ROW squad, Dr. DRE and NWA, ICE CUBE, Ice-T, JAY-Z, NAS, many more that I can't recall and changed my style to hip-hop and found an out to my destruction. From then on I've been inspired by many of the new guys like 50 cent, Eminem, T.I.P, JEEZY, PLIES, Slim Thug, Juvenile, B.G. to speak what I know and not to fear that I would never make it out. I'm 26 now and will be 27 in December and so blessed to see that day when and if it comes. But my goal is to make it where they are as not just millionaires, but survivors of the HOOD and I promise anyone on my grandmother's blessed soul, that I TOO SHALL MAKE IT OUT. So if you want to you can support me on my way to the top and I'll show the love back, hating only fuels my fire more so for those of you that do and I will thank you too.
