Welfare and poverty forces men out of the family. For decades, we have been talking about how welfare is unfair to women and men that want to say together in marrage. Yet the system does not change. A single parnet gets more assistance that a two parent family. So the father get pushed out of the family. Then this creates a role model for other families, until it become the norm in the Black community for a single women to be raising children with out a father in the home. Also the Government...
