300k budgets yet Major promoters tell independent artists they won't pay to have them on the ticket. Sept. 26-28 Lil Wayne and Buju Banton will be in the Bahamas for a weekend of events. A number of local acts have been invited to part take in the festivities by the promoters with out pay.
