Was looking exceptionally cute in Norwalk near the aquarium on 7-30-2021, a really good day. Looking good, feeling good.

Happier these days and wanted to shine. My life has improved so much from repeatedly regaining focus on my physical, mental, and emotional health - when one fails it affects the others.

My facial expression is that of a hungry person but I wanted the photos. The jumpsuit looked much better live.

Managed to spill food on it during dinner, when eating nothing else matters. . . . didn't even stop to blot the stain.

Set a new goal of 165 lbs surpassed that and will settle with 160 lbs. My new goal is an old habit, walking every day for 4 miles. It was wonderful for me to do then and will be perfect for me now.

Rediscovering healthy habits, change is necessary for a happy life.

Life changes inside and out, bettering myself for my sanity and longevity. Reached my weight goal and on to other goals.

Milford Oyster Festival August 17, 2019, it was fun. Not as hot as the past few years but the humidity was working on rivaling any heat.
