I recently had a crisis in my life that opened my eyes.It made me realize that although i may at times feel like a young man,i am in reality older now and i need to take better care of myself.About 4 months ago i went to the emergency room because i couldn't breath.I like to smoke Black & Mild cigars,so i'm thinkin i must have had 1 two many Blacks.Imagine my surprise when the doctor told me i have asthma.This is something you do not want to go through trust me.Well i got through that...
