Deuce315I've had all types of "women " yet none with the mindset of a woman. Maybe I expect too much or maybe too much from their standards. Lets take the scenic route through a mans life....
What a troubled life, full of misfortune...
Growing up this man always felt left out... Not fully included in any circle, which was probably why he acted out.
He got to witness a parent who although gave him his necessities, did not give him what he needed most...A positive figure.
I suppose.. it was this mans fault because he chose his path early...as a confused child, so there is none to blame, but himself.
This man grew up fast....I mean he had to. Take a look at the cards god had dealt him at the poker table...Many times this man thought about folding his hand and walking away..
You see many saw this man and thought..He must have it all.., but what they did not see was the fire and rage within..They did not see the grief and sorrow, nor the trials and tribulations...
Up till now, there aren't many who have read his ongoing book..That's because..It had no writer..
The pages turned, but they had no text...No imprint of past failures....No bleeding of love into its folds...
But you see...He still feels broken...He's gained so much, but it all feels surreal...
Now...To you, it may seem that this man has it all...He has a future with a woman he deeply cares about, a job with good friends, and a nice car...But, you see...He still feels broken...He's gained so much, but it all feels surreal...
His woman, the motivator, nurturer, and love of his life...Maybe one day she will mend his broken pages...Maybe she will be the one he didn't let get away..The one who cared enough to stay...
This man told me...She took him by the hand and told him everything will be ok...He wants to believe her, and hopes she is right...
So now we are at a crossroads...What happens from here?...He does not know, but at least now his past has been overwritten, by the words...I Love You, from a girl who....cared enough to stay...
