A source tells All Hip Hop.com that he will accept an 8 month bid in jail today over his alleged involvement with a loaded .40-caliber pistol gun found on his tour bus while in New York in 2007. If he doesn’t accept the plea deal he could face up to 15 years in jail for each count of criminal weapons possession and criminal possession of a loaded gun. 50 Cent has decided to recruit Destiny Child’s own Kelly Rowland to star in his new music video for his upcoming “Baby By Me” single. The new song featuring Ne-Yo, will be included on his upcoming “Before I Self Destruct” album. Early on, there was speculation that suggested 50 Cent and Rowland were in a relationship, but it was later discovered they are shooting Fif’s latest music video together. In related news, Ne-Yo recently let all the fans out there that they were filming the video via his twitter account. “Haven’t been on in a couple of days,” he wrote Friday (October 16) morning. “I’ve been gearing up for my b’day celebration which is this weekend and the Baby by me video with 50.”

According to reports, Diddy released Mase from his Bad Boy contract during a radio interview at Atlanta, Georgia’s radio station V103 over the weekend. According to footage, the two spoke during the interview and had paperwork signed on camera. “It took me ten years to get this paperwork right here,” Mase said in an interview. “I had to put this in UPS with a seal on it. I don’t even know what I’ma put out now. Oh my goodness. We good, we good. This is Mase, I got my official papers right here from Puff Daddy, it was love, so I guess we don’t have no problems after all. I don’t even know how to take that.
