I was born in the city of Portsmouth, VA where I was also raised. Every since I was seven I wanted be to a leader of some sort! At age eleven I decided that I wanted to be an entrepreneur in the entertainment business! When I was fifteen I wanted to become a DJ and at that time Rocafella was the label to get on! But I was only looking to get in long enough to build myself up and eventually branch off and start my own label! But at the same time I had an equally high interest in visual commercial arts especially cartoons! Then in 2001 I graduated from I. C. Norcom High School! After that I moved to the DC metro area where I attended the Art Institute of Washington and majored in Media Arts and Animation. There I met a group of guys that I now consider part of the extended family! They were starting businesses as well which made me say forget that corporate ladder I want start ASAP! I crossed the stage for that BA degree in June 2006! I am back home currently expanding a visual commercial arts company that is based in VA of course as well as an Independent Record Label. I go by so many names that I have been dubbed as Alias King! Folks should there be anything else you wish to learn about me, just hit me up.

There is no need for any new training bottom line if these same "cops" can show soooo much restraint when wypipo are being belligerent, boldly violent to them coolin down the situation to safely apprehend their own. They are picking and choosing when "they want" to do their job.

It sucks how the media never bring up what is necessary to keep your immune system on point, not just vitamin C but definitely homemade soups, (no meat needed) but veggies with rice no pasta..it creates more mucus in the mucosal lining and stay hydrated. Also stay far away from bread. Use cornbread or make your own without yeast. You can also use bean flour. and different herbs and spices (turmeric,or curcumin, (to get the results you need it must be used with black pepper, or ginger). Oranges, don't just eat the fruit, use the peelings for tea, use natural sugar to adjust the level of sweetness to cut the intense taste of the peelings. Grape fruit is great too. I'm sure you know about juicing, when using greens, please don't throw away the stems, that the most powerful part of the greens. Garlic or onions, all these different things open clogged sinuses, draws out any mucus. Basically the heat from the soup or tea kills off viruses while you're breathing it in, I mean if you can't be in a sauna, this is the next best thing.

Wow, Kobe Bryant is really gone............ along with 8 others including his 13 year old daughter due to a helicopter accident. The family is definitely in my prayers.
