In life we must strive to live for the NOW, as this is the only time that we have that is real. Everything that happens in your life happens in the NOW. So many people live in the past or in anticipation of what might happen one day in the future. However, if you think carefully, you can only act in the NOW. At times when people have bad experiences they let those experiences overcome them and those experiences then dominate their minds and thoughts. When one is not careful one will began to see not themselves but rather see themselves as experiences of their past. As a consequence they are unable to enjoy the NOW-the only time in your life during which you can act.
